University and Community Arts Roundtable

Clearances for Individuals Working with Children

The current law indicates that persons who work with children must obtain a Criminal Background Check and a Child Abuse History Clearance. Effective, July 1, 2008, Pennsylvania will also require individuals who provide child care services to child to obtain a fingerprint based FBI clearance. This handout contains information of how to obtain an FBI clearance.

Handouts for Visual Art TAG "Dialogue in Print" April 5, 2008

These handouts were prepared by Wendy Osterweil & Karen Malandra, the facilitators of the VA TAG "Dialogue in Print" workshop on April 5, 2008.
